Lee H. Vuu, Founder & President of the Multicultural (Re)Insurance Association (MRIA)
Meet Lee H. Vuu, a dynamic leader in the reinsurance space whose career spans two decades of impact, innovation, and advocacy. Currently managing a team overseeing reinsurance claims, Lee began her insurance journey in 2004 as an Executive Assistant and has since grown into a strategic force in the industry.
She is the founder of the Multicultural Reinsurance Insurance Association (MRIA), a nonprofit organization committed to creating space, advancing opportunity, and fostering inclusion within reinsurance and beyond. Lee’s exceptional emotional intelligence and gift for connection have made her a catalyst for cultivating cultures of respect and equity.
In 2024, her contributions were nationally recognized with the prestigious Business Insurance Alonzo Herndon Award and a feature on Insurance Business America’s Hot List for Top Global Reinsurance Professionals.
