    The NAAIA Foundation is fueling a powerfully inclusive future through strategic, long-term investments in people via scholarships and leadership development. The NAAIA Foundation is a seed-planting organization. We invest in people and ideas that are often overlooked and underserved. Through these investments, we are cultivating the next generation of Black and African American students and professionals.

    HBCU Impact

    The work of HBCU IMPACT® is to excel, educate, equip, and empower the next generation of Black insurance, risk management, financial services, and legal professionals. HBCUs produce the world’s greatest Black talent, and HBCU IMPACT® is helping to pipeline that talent for greater impact.

    Wealth & Equity

    The non-profit association Wealth and Equity Insurance Literacy (WE) was created to unite the insurance industry in a mission to educate, underwrite, and empower the Black community by leveraging life insurance and enhancing financial education, while also helping Black agents and agencies reach their highest level of career success.

    Project Invest

    Invest is a unique national program that educates high school and community college students on insurance, financial services, and risk management topics, encouraging them to pursue a variety of insurance careers with a focus on independent agencies.

    Spencer Foundation

    The Spencer Educational Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to funding the education of tomorrow’s risk management and insurance leaders through scholarships, grants, internship opportunities, on- and off-campus experiential learning, and support of risk management/insurance curricula. Since its founding in 1979, Spencer has impacted thousands of students and driven more, better-prepared talent into risk and insurance roles.

    Junior Achievement

    Junior Achievement USA is a nonprofit that inspires and prepares young people for success. It is the nation’s largest organization dedicated to giving young people the knowledge and skills they need to own their economic success, plan for their future, and make smart academic and financial choices. Junior Achievement’s programs, in the core content areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, ignite the spark in young people to experience and realize the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.
