Feeling anxious? At a loss of how to effect meaningful change within your organization? Craving open conversations about race, race relations and career implications? Not feeling heard and/or supported?

Join us on Wednesday, June 24 for a virtual webinar as nationally-known human relations and diversity expert Al Vivian (http://www.basicdiversity.com/) leads NAAIA members through an intimate and interactive discussion regarding the pressing current societal and racial issues facing all of us in our professional and personal lives.

We strongly encourage you to send us your questions or concerns starting today and Mr. Vivian will make every attempt to respond to all during the session.

Al Vivian is a former Army Captain with a Human Resources background. He has been featured and quoted by media outlets from Atlanta, GA to Nairobi, Kenya; including CNN, USA Today, New York Times, NBC, PBS, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Chicago Sun Times and Business Intelligence Magazine. Al has worked with people from all walks of life; from CEO′s to sanitation workers and every occupation in between. He has provided diversity counsel to civic and religious leaders, political officials, and television news personnel. He learned about managing diversity very early in life via personal interactions with Dr. Martin L. King, Jr′s staff, and later honed his diversity skills in the Army (one of the largest and most diverse organizations in the world) where he held numerous executive positions, including Equal Opportunity Officer (the military equivalent to Diversity Manager).

The event is finished.
